Data protection and confidentiality
- Personal data are processed in line with Rwanda's Law No. 058/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy and Ethiopia's Personal Data Protection Proclamation No. 1321/2024.
- Registration with Rwanda's National Cyber Security Authority is in progress.
- Non-disclosure agreements are signed as standard before scoping.
- We collect the minimum data needed and prefer aggregate or de-identified data.
- Project data are stored encrypted, with access limited to the named engagement team.
- Retention and deletion are agreed with the client at the end of each engagement.
